Pro Tip

While there might not be exactly 1001 steps, there are certainly many to climb! The staircase begins at the western end of 15A Avenue, just off 126A Street. As you descend the zigzagging steps, an underpass will lead you to Crescent Beach. Along the pathway and steps, you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views and chances to spot harbor seals and other wildlife.
